UBC Centre for Comparative Medicine is a 60,000 SF high tech research and laboratory facility located at UBC South Campus. The single storey structure consists mainly of concrete, masonry block, and steel with curtain wall glazing. This project consisted of extensive and complex mechanical and electrical systems to support the medical lab components and equipment required.

Award received: Award of Excellence from the Masonry Institute of BC.
