The UBC Engineering Student Centre is a two-storey, 10,000-square-foot, LEED® Gold-certified facility designed as a central meeting space for engineering students. Built primarily with wood framing and composite wood panels, the structure also incorporates steel and concrete for added durability. The open layout supports a range of student activities, from group work to social events, and reflects a commitment to sustainable design and practical construction.
