Early planning is key to the expedient and successful commencement of construction. our team engages directly with the municipal authorities and utility providers to explore and plan for working within the project-specific constraints, as well as advocating and spearheading requests for service relocation, protection, street use permitting, and all pertinent works.

Value Engineering

At Syncra, Value Engineering (VE) isn’t just about reducing costs, it’s about maximizing value and aligning design with constructability, performance and lifecycle considerations. We engage with trades and start the VE process early to explore opportunities that preserve architectural intent while improving efficiency, reducing long term maintenance, or tightening the schedule.

Budget Production & Controls

Our team provides a comprehensive budget package at every major stage of design development; these include the concept budget, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Tender Stage.

Schedule Development

At Syncra, schedule development is a core component to our preconstruction process. We don’t simply track milestones, we shape the project timeline from day one by aligning design, permitting, procurement and construction activates into a single, actionable strategy.
