The Fifteen

The Fifteen project is a 4-storey mixed-use concrete development in the Dunbar neighborhood by Wave Developments. The building comprises of four ground floor CRU spaces for potential commercial uses such as restaurant, office, or retail. The parking is provided via one level of underground parkade accessible from the West 40^th Avenue. The 15 suites are to be finished to a middle-high level with high-end quartz countertops, laminate floors, and stainless steel appliances.
