Primrose Sales Centre

Syncra recently completed Sales Centre for the upcoming Primrose Project – residential building located just steps from the Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver.

The Sales Centre project involved demolishing three dated mall storefronts in City Square Mall. These three were combined into one 3,000 SF space including sales area and display suite. The high end suite was designed by Bob’s Your Uncle Design Ltd, including cabinetry from Inform Projects, Silestone counters, and Grohe fixtures.  Letterbox design provided the sales area layout and Rennie Marketing contributed expertise with completing the final product. The high end finishes were completed on time with compliments from the Transca ownership group and Rennie marketing for quality of installation.
