This 115-unit wood-frame residential project features two buildings atop a common parkade, sharing a common lobby entrance. There was extensive ground work prior to construction including rapid impact compaction and the revitalization of the adjacent salmon-bearing Maple Creek. The building exterior is contemporary with impressive bay window projections, overhangs, and an extensively landscaped courtyard with a green roof. The suite interiors are stylish and include quartz countertops, porcelain tile floors, laminate flooring, and stainless steel appliances with finishing delivered to a high standard. The project was on schedule and under budget.
