Albert Block, a 9-storey rental building in historic Chinatown features a unique hybrid structural system with prefabricated loan bearing interior and exterior wall panels, structural metal deck and reinforced concrete. The 40 micro-units include extensive millwork and polished concrete floors. There is also a rooftop garden and a main floor commercial space.
