The 133 4^th Street East and 153 4^th Street East projects are two separate wood-frame developments in the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. The 133 4^th Street East building consists of 23 residential market rental suites atop of one level of concrete commercial space for a child daycare. The 153 4^th Street East building consists of 69 residential market rental suites atop of 1.5 level of underground parkade. The suites are to be finished with high-end quartz countertops, laminate floors, and stainless steel appliances.
