UBC Chem Bio Building 2nd Floor Addition is an 8,500 SF addition of top floor to existing institutional research building including the construction of a new lab and office research space, new steel roof structure, glass skylights, and curtain wall.

UBC Koerner University Centre Lower Level Classrooms is a 16,000 SF construction of 12 new classroom spaces, meetings area, and washrooms within the University Faculty Club building. Exterior glass, steel canopy, and landscaping added to existing courtyard garden space.
