Vista Point is a 14-storey concrete high-rise market rental building – the project included a 2,500 SF daycare space and was designed and constructed to UBC’s REAP (Residential Environmental Assessment Program) Gold standard, equivalent to LEED® Gold. There are 107 suites finished to a high standard with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and porcelain tiles. The site has impressive landscaping which features a rain garden that collects rooftop water via an above grade runnel.
