English Bay Residences is located in the West End neighbourhood of Downtown Vancouver, this tower features 157 rental suites and ground-floor retail spaces over 6-level underground parkade. Syncra’s role was demolishing the existing parking garage immediately below the surface lot, retaining and seismic upgrading of London Drugs and construction of this new 23-storey mixed-use high-rise, including 131,000 SF of residential and commercial spaces.
