Destiny 2

Destiny 2 is the second phase of the Bingham Hill Architects-designed Destiny at Ravenwoods in North Vancouver, constructed for Takaya Developments, a co-venture between Aquilini Development and the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. Consisting of a new 91-unit 5-storey Multifamily Building (2 –level Parkade, 1-Level Concrete and 4 Storey wood frame) that ties into the parkade of Destiny 1 completed by the same developer. The suites are finished to a high level with some of the more unique features being a large water feature including infinity edge and waterfall, expansive wall-to-wall windows, oversize balconies or patios, 9’ ceilings in main living areas (14’ in some penthouses), European wood laminate flooring, electric fireplace with quartz stone mantle and sliding frosted glass barn-doors in the dens.
