Syncra Construction is led by John Polglase, Marc Williams, Peter Rosenrauch, Richard Shipway, and David Hohl. Together, they bring extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise to onsite management and contract administration of residential, commercial, institutional, and public realm projects. John and Marc each provide leadership in pre-construction, contract administration, and overall project management. Our clients have the assurance that one of our leaders is always directly involved in their project.
John is Syncra’s founder and President, who is actively involved in all aspects of the business, and has over 30 years of local construction experience.
