Customer Care is a proactive approach that involves constant adaptation and checks, to pre-emptively correct problems, both in quality control, company performance and procedures.

Syncra dedicated Customer Care Team services can be provided as a package for projects that we build.

The Customer Care Team takes a proactive approach to look for common defects or deficiencies, and any scope gaps. The team provides recommendations on incomplete items and manages any deficiencies with trades or other parties. Customer Care works directly with our clients and their customers, managing the pre-delivery inspection process, attending the homeowners walk-throughs, and tracking and reporting on any issues.

Customer Care Team can also help set up Canada Post services, deliver keys and assemble homeowner packages, so their move-in experience is seamless and memorable.

When homeowners have post-construction warranty claims, our Customer Care Team will support them directly.

Syncra Customer Care Team also provides any year-end services.
